We have all seen beautiful scenes with Cherry Blossom trees. The petals falling with the wind, give an I don't know what sweetness and nostalgia to the romantic scenes. As in the photo that my husband captured with my camera a young couple walking through this beautiful landscape. Spring is a joyous occasion for everyone in South Korea, especially in Gyeongju.
This is due to the cherry blossoms, therefore festivals are held in different cities and towns that are filled with visitors. This beautiful season lasts around 10 days.
Todos hemos visto hermosas escenas con árboles de Cherry Blossom. Los pétalos cayendo con el viento, le dan un no sé qué de dulzura y nostalgia a las escenas románticas. Así como en la foto que mi esposo capto con mi cámara una joven pareja caminando por este hermoso paisaje. La primavera es motivo de alegría para todos en Corea del Sur, en especial en Gyeongju.
Esto es debido a que
florecen los cerezos, por lo tanto, se celebran festivales en diferentes
ciudades y pueblos que se llenan de visitantes. Esta hermosa temporada dura alrededor de 10 días.
Gyeongju
This beautiful province is about 3 hours from where I live, it is called the "museum without walls" because it has an incredible historical value. We stayed for two days and we didn't have time for everything we wanted to do. We went to the Bomoon Colosseum which is a building very similar to the Roman Colosseum, where inside it has shops, cafes and a stage. All the structures are Asian in this city and there we found a super different McDonalds on the outside like a Starbucks. We passed a building that is said to be a hotel called Hwangnyongwon, it is a tall tower with its beautiful exterior.
Esta hermosa provincia queda como a unas 3 horas de donde vivo, se le llama el "museo sin paredes" porque tiene un valor histórico increíble. Estuvimos dos días y no nos alcanzo el tiempo para todo lo que deseábamos hacer. Fuimos al Bomoon Colosseum que es un edificio muy similar al Coliseo Romano, donde en su interior tiene tiendas, cafés y un escenario. Todas las estructuras son asiáticas en esta cuidad y ahí encontramos un McDonald súper diferente en su exterior como lo fue un Starbucks. Pasamos por un edificio que se dice que es un hotel llamado Hwangnyongwon, es una torre alta con su exterior hermoso.
I have an affair with visiting the coffee shops in Korea and this one is definitely on the list of favorites. With a pinky theme inside and a little pink panther, they specialize in cream-based desserts and drinks.

Tengo un romance con visitar los coffee shop de Korea y este en definitiva esta en la lista de los favoritos. Con una temática pinky en su interior y un poco de la pantera rosada, ellos se especializan en postres y bebidas a base de crema.

Temples
One of the things we like the most about Korea is its temples. They preserve the culture and history of Korea in its early days. We have visited many but here I show you one of the most that I liked and it is the Gakwonsa Temple. This was built in 1977 to pray for the reunification of North and South Korea. This temple is located on a mountain and contains a huge figure of a Buddha, which is why it attracts many Buddhists as a place of prayer. It is impressive to see many people making their prayers, obeying their gods.
Una de las cosas que mas nos gusta de Korea son sus templos. Ellos preservan la cultura e historia de Korea en sus inicios. Hemos visitados muchos pero aqui te muestro uno de los mas que me ha gustado y es el Gakwonsa Temple. Este fue construido en 1977 para orar por la reunificación de Korea del Norte y Sur. Este templo queda ubicado en una montaña y contiene una enorme figura de un Buddha, por lo que atrae a muchos budistas como lugar de oración. Es impresionante ver a muchas personas haciendo sus oraciones, reverencias a sus dioses.
